The class listing says all levels, but that phrase leaves plenty unexplained. Before booking, contact the organizer with the questions that affect whether you will feel comfortable attending.
- Is the session suitable for someone completely new to this activity?
- What equipment and clothing are needed?
- What access arrangements, changing facilities and seating are available?
- How does the instructor offer alternatives when a movement is unsuitable?
- What is the cancellation policy if your plans change?
Ask about the instructor's relevant qualifications and how to discuss individual needs privately. A responsible organizer should be able to explain the session without promising that it suits absolutely everyone.
Arrive with enough time to find the room and introduce yourself. You do not need to apologize for being new. If the class turns out to be a poor fit, you can leave or choose another option. The purpose of the first visit is to learn whether the setting works for you, not to earn the right to come back.
